We’re actively seeking a talented Project Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you’ll manage projects from acquisition through completion, assist with property identification and research, handle project entitlements, submit public funding applications, and oversee budgeting and cash management. Alongside a competitive salary, our client offers an attractive benefits package and the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule, allowing for remote work two days a week.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple projects from acquisition through lease-up stages.
  • Collaborate with the Acquisition team on property identification, research, concept design, underwriting, and property acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain project proformas, schedules, and task lists.
  • Select and manage development consultants, guiding project design through permitting processes.
  • Secure project entitlements and manage the process.
  • Prepare and submit public funding applications.
  • Work with the CFO to select lenders and equity partners, managing loan closings.
  • Handle project budgeting, budget reconciliations, and cash management.
  • Perform additional tasks to support the organization’s success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in affordable housing development and financing.
  • Financial Analysis experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

Salary Range: $100,000 – $145,000* 

*The above represents the lowest to highest expected salary range for this job opening. Our client ultimately may pay more or less than the posted salary range, and the salary range may be modified in the future.
