Our client, a real estate private equity firm, is seeking a Senior Investor Relations Associate to join their Investor Relations (IR) group. The successful Senior Investor Relations Associate will support the IR team with marketing materials, market research, analysis, and project support. Further, this role involves creating and managing marketing collateral across all strategies, ensuring brand integrity, and assisting with initiatives to enhance the firm’s reputation and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be a highly driven team player with a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and clear communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Create, prepare, and update content for marketing collateral, including investor presentations and notices for all strategies.
- Manage the corporate website, investor portal, and social media, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Respond to RFIs, RFPs, DDQs, and other investor inquiries.
- Oversee the CRM and Investor Portal, including client onboarding and account management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement effective communication strategies compliant with industry requirements.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support decision-making and investor communications.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging trends to incorporate relevant knowledge into marketing strategies.
- Assist with event planning and management, including outreach and coordination.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4 years’ experience at an investment management, asset management, wealth management, investment consulting, or financial services firm.
- Commercial real estate background required.
- Holds current Series 7 and 63 licenses or is willing to obtain within 120 days of start date.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Juniper Square.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage concurrent projects.
- Must be adaptable, committed, and team-oriented, with flexibility to work longer hours when necessary.
