Join our leading Wealth Management client as a Senior Branch Service Manager. In this role, you will act as a player-coach, fostering a positive and productive work environment within one of the firm’s Orange County branches, serving financial advisors, clients, and the operations team. This role is located 100% in-office, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise branch staff and operations, providing guidance, motivation, and direction while resolving issues and escalating concerns to the management team.
  • Ensure effective communication of policy and procedural changes to enable branch employees to perform their roles efficiently.
  • Manage account onboarding processes, accurately record securities and transactions, and ensure compliance with branch, region, and company procedures.
  • Maintain branch security by safeguarding assets and restricting unauthorized access to sensitive areas.
  • Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and facilitating financial transactions promptly.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; 10 years of experience may substitute for educations requirements
  • 5 years of financial services experience, including supervisory
  • Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses and Series 9/10 (or 8)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills
  • Keen attention to detail and desire to enhance branch efficiency

Salary Range: $65,000 – $105,000*
