Join our leading Wealth Management client as a Senior Branch Service Manager. In this role, you will act as a player-coach, fostering a positive and productive work environment within one of the firm’s Orange County branches, serving financial advisors, clients, and the operations team. This role is located 100% in-office, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:
Supervise branch staff and operations, providing guidance, motivation, and direction while resolving issues and escalating concerns to the management team.
Ensure effective communication of policy and procedural changes to enable branch employees to perform their roles efficiently.
Manage account onboarding processes, accurately record securities and transactions, and ensure compliance with branch, region, and company procedures.
Maintain branch security by safeguarding assets and restricting unauthorized access to sensitive areas.
Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and facilitating financial transactions promptly.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree; 10 years of experience may substitute for educations requirements
5 years of financial services experience, including supervisory
Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses and Series 9/10 (or 8)
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills
Keen attention to detail and desire to enhance branch efficiency
Salary Range: $65,000 – $105,000*
