Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team responsible for (including the review and preparation):
    • Development/redevelopment project and portfolio reporting, forecasting, underwriting, and cash flow modeling for active pipeline of developments
    • Asset and portfolio forecasting, modeling, and financial analysis, including portfolio leasing forecasts across core markets (domestic and international)
    • Recurring quarterly presentations for senior management and investors
    • Portfolio-level management reporting packages
    • Real estate market and industry research, including data analytics and presentations for senior management, leasing, and investments teams
    • Tenant credit underwriting & lease analysis
    • Ad hoc analysis for internal and external stakeholders, including the senior management team
    • Training and development of analysts and direct reports
  • Collaborate with team members and other internal departments to produce and review deliverables, strategic planning, and coordination for timely and accurate delivery for a high volume of deliverables, including recurring quarterly work flows

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years’ experience in FP&A, corporate finance, portfolio reporting, asset management, development/investments in commercial real estate or real estate investment banking/private equity
  • Experience with real estate portfolio analysis and modeling development/redevelopment projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Prior experience with a database management and/or enterprise reporting system (such as SAP BPC, Oracle Hyperion, Oracle EPM Cloud, etc.)
  • Full vaccination for Covid-19 prior to the first date of employment, unless eligible for an approved medical or religious exemption in accordance with the law

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related field
  • Proficient in Argus
  • Proven track record in training, developing, mentoring, managing, and recruiting multiple team members in a collaborative setting
  • Extensive expertise in handling real estate cash flows and financial modeling using Excel
  • Methodical and conscientious with a keen eye for detail
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere with numerous concurrent deadlines, and adept at adjusting to and effectively communicating shifting priorities proactively
  • Proficient in articulating technical information clearly through oral communication and written documentation, including reports and presentations

Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000*
