We are seeking a dynamic Pursuits Senior Specialist to join an award winning Construction Firm based in Tampa, Florida and play a key role in developing strategic business proposals and presentations. This role focuses on the Tampa Bay Region, working closely with business leaders and subject matter experts to drive growth and success.
Responsibilities:
Analyze solicitation requirements (RFQs, RFPs, RFIs, ITNs) and manage proposals from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Develop compelling proposals and presentations, including writing, editing, and formatting persuasive responses.
Create visually engaging materials, including flow charts, diagrams, and other graphical representations of complex information.
Oversee production of proposal deliverables, ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time submission.
Develop presentation content, work with external vendors, coach teams, and manage marketing equipment during presentations.
Support the pursuit team with resumes, fact sheets, editing, proofing, and production while maintaining marketing materials and databases.
Oversee external consultants related to proposal deliverables, including onboarding and managing consultant partnerships.
Serve as the primary point of contact for pursuit-related deliverables in the Mid-FL business unit, liaising across departments.
Assist with pursuit deliverables for other business units and manage award submissions.
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years experience in the Architectural, Engineering, or Construction industry.
Bachelor’s degree.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Strong persuasive writing, editing, and organizational skills.
Willingness to occasionally work evenings and weekends as needed.
Salary Range: $80,000 – $95,000*
