Our esteemed Wealth Management client is actively in search of an Investment Associate (IA) to join their largest branch in the PNW! As a IA, you’ll collaborate closely with Financial Advisors to expand their clientele, educate clients on available products and services, oversee client activity and performance, articulate investment strategies, and facilitate wealth planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect client suitability information, initiate new accounts, and support asset accumulation efforts.
  • Coordinate fund and securities transfers, as well as issuance of checks, wire transfers, and ACH disbursements upon request.
  • Manage investment advisory agreements and monitor account activity using the company internal platform.
  • Identify avenues for business growth to boost revenue, build client relationships, and optimize daily operations.
  • Deliver top-tier service by anticipating client needs and promptly fulfilling requests.
  • Research and communicate investment strategies and recommendations to clients at the behalf of Financial Advisors.
  • Handle complex account issues with support from internal partners, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years prior experience within financial services industry 
  • Proficient in MS Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63/65) 
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Money Guide Pro
  • Advanced understanding of the stock market, investments and retirement plans and working knowledge of fixed income products, equities, mutual funds, insurance, annuities and applicable compliance rules and regulations
  • Strong technical proficiency
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to continually maintain and build relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills environment

Base Salary Range: $50,000 – $83,000*

Benefits: Employees are covered by medical, dental, vision, disability and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees are eligible for Paid Time Off (PTO). PTO accrues monthly and accrual amounts are determined by an employee’s work schedule, exemption status (non-exempt or exempt), position level and length of service. Employees will also receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Non-Base Compensation: Hired applicant will be able to receive discretionary corporate and variable advisor annual bonuses.
