We’re actively seeking a talented Director of Supportive Housing to join our client’s dynamic team in San Diego. In this role, you’ll work closely with property management and service provider teams to cultivate safe, nurturing environments for residents. Responsibilities:
 

  • Cultivate relationships with supportive housing providers to drive operational success and foster growth opportunities.
  • Lead housing teams in the lease-up process for supportive housing communities, establishing protocols for efficient operations.
  • Contribute to funding applications and provide design input for supportive housing projects in development.
  • Conduct site visits to provide support and accountability to housing teams and partners.
  • Assist with community outreach efforts to promote understanding and support for project housing programs.
  • Compile and distribute annual reports containing pertinent data for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to asset managers to maintain operational stability and address property concerns effectively.

 
Minimum Qualifications:
 

  • 5 years of experience within Real Estate development, asset management or property operations within the affordable housing sector. 
  • 2 years of supervisory experience  

 
Preferred Qualifications:
 

  • Proficient in Yardi.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

 

Salary Range: $140,000 – $160,000* 

*The above represents the lowest to highest expected salary range for this job opening. Our client ultimately may pay more or less than the posted salary range, and the salary range may be modified in the future.
