Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of affordable multi-family properties, monitoring performance and ensuring adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Analyze and interpret monthly financial statements, preparing concise summaries for executive review.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate property conditions and coordinate improvements with management teams.
- Maintain strong working relationships with property managers, partners, and stakeholders to address operational needs and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to share information, resolve issues, and ensure program compliance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 years of prior experience in residential asset management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, or a related field.
- 2 years of prior experience in the affordable housing sector.
- Solid understanding of real estate development, leasing, and asset management concepts.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Track record of personal accountability and commitment to achieving organizational goals.
Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000*
