Responsibilities:
Handle customer relations for an assigned number of accounts
Work closely with assigned accounts to foster a quality working relationship and excellent service to those customers
Handle all general phone inquiries into the main office phone line
Look up payment dates in company CRM and connect customer to their account manager as needed
Conduct welcome calls and note in customer file accordingly
Request Google reviews
Complete credit references and run interest reports
Provide payment history
Handle varying customer requests
Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage follow ups, control phone conversations and de-escalate phone calls
Understand company terms of agreement and effectively communicate those to the customer
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree; combination of experience and education may considered in lieu of degree
1 year of prior customer relations experience within the financial services industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual Spanish
Proficient in Salesforce, FileMaker or Aspire
Prior experience within the financial services industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Tech-savvy and able to pick up new systems quickly
Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to resolve complicated account issues
