Responsibilities:
Oversee the procurement, installation, and ongoing management of GPS systems across the asset portfolio to optimize tracking.
Schedule and monitor GPS installations, ensuring minimal downtime and timely GPS enablement of vehicles or equipment.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure accurate and timely delivery and installation of GPS hardware.
Develop and maintain schedules for GPS upkeep, ensuring all units function optimally.
Coordinate with external teams, such as mechanics or IT support, for successful installation and testing.
Act as the primary point of contact for GPS-related queries and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of GPS hardware, installation schedules, maintenance activities, and software licenses.
For background check purposes, material duties of this position include overseeing the procurement, installation and management of GPS systems, scheduling and monitoring GPS installations, managing vendor relationship and GPS delivery, maintaining GPS schedules, external vendor coordination and serving as the main point of contact for GPS related questions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates degree or 1 year of prior administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Prior scheduling experience
Prior asset based lending, auto finance or equipment leasing industry experience
Proficient in Salesforce
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Salary Range: $52,000 – $56,000*
